All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have health anxiety and they've always put me at ease as much as possible. Our dentist (Emma) is also very good with my 11 year old child who is also not very keen on being seen.

I feel that the staff are very good at their jobs and they actually care. I've had a lot of treatment with various dentists over the years and would never go back to NHS after all I went through. After my previous dentist retired, that other practice went downhill. So I was very pleased when I discovered Envisage.

The treatment I received was a model of private dentistry. On the Monday I made an appointment following week-end gum pain. There was a slot available the following day (Tue). On Tuesday I was diagnosed as have a serious infection at the base of the tooth. I took the root canal surgery option rather than an extraction (dentist's advice). An appointment for this was made possible the following day (wed). On Wednesday the root canal surgery was performed in 45 mins with little or no discomfort to me. Being able to afford private dentistry is a huge relief to me
