Booked an emergency appointment due to having a sharp chipped tooth, I haven’t been to a dentist in many years. Helen was brilliant and sorted the issue within minutes and gave me a full check up as time allowed. She also looked into a few other issues I had and explained what was needed for these to get done and was not pushy at all. I then had a hygienist appointment the next day with Amanda who was great. Both very knowledgeable and I’m booked in for several other appointments. 100% recommend!

From me calling for an appointment to see my dentist for a repair to having the work completed just three working days later, the handling of my initial call by the receptionist, the treatment by the dentist and nurse and the payment with the receptionist were all nothing less than excellent experiences.

Ju8st with hygienist so question about nurse not applicable.Question about timing I was seen 10 minutes ahead of schedule. No answer answer availqable.

Emma is my usual Dentist and I continue to find her very competent and helpful. She explained my treatment options and the next steps very clearly.
